Rental Rates and Seasons: (prices subject to change without notice)
The booking deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining rental and a $250.00
damage/cleaning deposit are due at time of possession, the damage/cleaning deposit is refundable provided
there are no damages or severe cleaning to be done upon inspection by owner.

Making Your Reservation:
When making a reservation, have in mind the exact dates and the number of guest that will be
using the vacation rental. If your reservation is made by phone or e:mail, we must have your
deposit within 5 (five) days in order to hold the beach house for you. The balance of your rental
including damage/cleaning deposit will be due at the time you receive the keys - The Balance
CAN NOT be made by a personal check. It must be paid in the form of cash or cashiers check.
We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We do not rent for Spring Break, Graduation,
Prom, etc.

- Weekly Rate: $950 (7 days/6 nights) with $350 security deposit
- 4/Day Rate: $650 (4 days/3 nights) with $300 security deposit
- 3/Day Rate: $500 (3 days/2 nights) with $250 security deposit
- Non Peak Season: September 21, 2008 - May 14, 2009)
- Weekly Rate: $750 (7 days/6 nights) with $275 security deposit
- 4 Day Rate: $550 (4 days/3 nights) with $250 security deposit
- 3 Day Rate: $450 (3 days/2 nights) with $225 security deposit
- Holidays - To be determined by owner at time of reservation
