Family Vacation Rental
This is a private family owned vacation rental property located on Crystal Beach, Texas - only
510' from the beach. We rent only to those 25 and older. Our vacation rental is a 3
bedroom/3 bath (2 bedrooms/2 baths upstairs & 1 bedroom/1 bath downstairs - not joined) home
that can accommodate 6-8 people with 2 Kings, 1 Double, and 1 twin. All bedrooms have private
baths and individual window A/C units.

| Emerald Beach II Emerald Beach II Subdivision is a quiet subdivision located on the Boliver Peninsula, just a ferry ride from Galveston Island. Emerald Beach II has 2 drive-on access roads to Crystal Beach. Crystal Beach is patrolled by the Galveston County Sheriff's Department. |
| Crystal Beach Fun Crystal Beach is the home to many fun activities. There are 2 water slides, 1 golf course, several fishing piers and guides, many great restaurants, and some fun night entertainment on this still little and quite island. Galveston is only 20 miles from Crystal Beach via the Ferry. |
